HCD Announces $9.9M in Federal Funds for the Emergency Solutions Grant Program
The Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) announced $9.9 million to assist communities with a variety of homelessness prevention programs. According to CALED, the HCD administers the Emergency Solutions Grant program to communities who do not receive funds directly from the federal government.
